The main proposed works are: Replacement of the two existing boilers with new boilers (electric and propane); Replacement of the heating and hot glycol pumps, as well as the heat exchanger for the main heating system; Installation of a brick thermal storage system; Dismantling of the existing underground fuel tank; Replacement of fan coil units and other heating water-based peripheral equipment; Replacement of the two main rooftop air handling units; DDC controls: Complete electronic conversion and removal of the pneumatic control system; Installation of two above-ground tanks (diesel and propane) near the culvert outside the building; Redevelopment of the sloped terrain located southwest of the building; Renovation of ceiling finishes in the building's main lobby.
