As of April 06, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 7, 2026. This project includes the removal and replacement of existing materials and components. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to safely demolish and dispose of existing railings, decking and floor boards, steps and stair components, ramp framing, bench boards, wall panels, vertical siding, soffit and fascia, trim as required, and roof shingles. All work must comply with applicable building codes, manufacturer installation requirements, and accepted industry standards, and all removed materials shall be properly disposed of offsite unless otherwise directed.
