Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, supplies, parts, disposal, travel, equipment, permits, and incidentals necessary to provide Roof Replacement Services to Caltrans. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, parts, disposal, travel, equipment, permits, and incidentals necessary to remove, dispose, and replace the existing roof system at the Caltrans Alturas Maintenance Station (MS) and the Bogard Sand House (SH). Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, for a more complete description of services. The services shall be performed in District 2 at the Caltrans Alturas MS, 406 East Street Highway 395, Alturas, CA, 96101 in Modoc County, and at the Caltrans Bogard SH, Highway 44, Post Mile 14.5, Hat Creek, CA in Lassen County.
