Demolition and site work for a transportation facility in Houma, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supplies, necessary to accomplish the construction project, in accordance with the specifications and drawings, and the other terms, conditions, and provisions as set forth herein. The following specifications and/or drawings are applicable to this acquisition Reference attachments in Section J, as applicable. Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Professional construction services are required to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and transportation necessary for the demolition and installation of a Medium Intensity Approach Lighting System with Rail. Work includes removal of the existing MALSR system and installation of a new MALSR in accordance with project specifications and plans, under a firm-fixed-price arrangement. Location: Houma-Terrebonne Airport (HUM), 10264 E Main St, Houma, LA 70363. All questions regarding the project/specifications/plans must be received in writing (Samantha.A.Pearce@faa.gov) no later than 05/18/2026 3:00 p.m. CT, 1 week before the closing date, to allow for responses to be provided before the due date for receipt of proposals.
