Sealed bids are invited for HVAC Deferred Maintenance at Fletcher Technical Community College, Project Number F.01004650. Bidders must be licensed for the classification of Mechanical under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 and comply with LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid and all alternates is required. The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond. Bids may not be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after receipt, except under specific legal provisions. Bids may be submitted electronically with free registration required at the Central Bidding website. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Act 751 programs encourage participation from Small Entrepreneurship (Hudson Initiative) and Veteran-Owned businesses. Complete bid documents are available electronically from YKH Consulting, LLC or centralauctionhouse.com. Printed documents must be arranged individually by plan holders. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs.
