Sealed bids are being solicited for comprehensive sewer management services. The proposals must be submitted via Central Bidding before the specified deadline. Bids will be opened and acknowledged publicly and then reviewed by an evaluation committee. Specifications and conditions for bidding can be obtained from the Terrebonne Parish School Board Purchasing Department. Bidders must submit their bids electronically, and where required for construction projects, an electronic bid bond must be provided. The School Board reserves the right to utilize any properly let state, government, or school contract where the prices are lower or equal to those submitted. The right to reject any or all bids for just cause is also reserved. All inquiries must be submitted in writing by the noted deadline. It is the sole responsibility of vendors to request and submit bids as advertised.
