The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and supervision required and necessary to provide chemical water treatment services including communication devices and corrosion coupons, inspect, test, diagnose, and report on chemical water treatments, chemical feed systems and any related devices/systems for cooling tower systems in schools and other buildings. Bid submissions must be sent via electronic mail to DCPSubmissions@schools.nyc.gov. The subject line of the Bid Submission Email must include the solicitation number and the name of the submitting vendor. Attach the completed Request for Bids and the Bid Blank documents to the email as separate files. Name the bid blank attachment “Bid Blank” and the completed Request for Bids attachment “RFB.” If the files are too large, include in the first line of the Bid Submission Email a link to a Microsoft OneDrive folder containing all bid-related documents. The OneDrive folder name must match the subject line of your bid submission and contain a separate folder named “Bid Blank.” Do not attach any documents to the email if using OneDrive, and ensure the link allows the necessary access to the DOE. For paper submissions, provide notice via email at least three business days in advance of delivery. Include the name of the person delivering or indicate if sent by messenger or delivery service.
