The Scope Of Work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, material, and supervision required and necessary to test, maintain, service, repair, modify, make additions to, or install Electrical Systems and related work in accordance with the provisions of the New York City Building Code in designated schools and buildings under the jurisdiction of the Board of Education of the City of New York when ordered to do so in writing by the Chief Executive Director or authorized representative. Instructions to bidders: - Bids are due via electronic mail to DCPSubmissions@schools.nyc.gov. The subject line of the Bid Submission Email must include the solicitation number and the name of the submitting vendor. Attach the completed Request for Bids and the Bid Blank documents as separate files, naming them “Bid Blank” and “RFB.” - If files are too large for email, include a link to a Microsoft OneDrive folder (whose name matches the email subject line) containing all bid-related documents. Do not attach any documents to the email if using OneDrive. Include a separate folder within OneDrive named “Bid Blank.” Ensure that only relevant files are included and that share permissions allow the DOE to view and download the documents. - For hard copy bid submissions, give at least three business days’ advance notice by emailing DCPSubmissions@schools.nyc.gov with “Paper Submission Request for Solicitation # B5721” in the subject line. Include the name of the person who will deliver the bid or advise if it will arrive by messenger. Delivery address: 65 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Rm 1201.
