Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation d/b/a Brooklyn Bridge Park is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to conduct routine and emergency upgrades or repairs for buildings, infrastructure, and equipment on an on-call basis in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Multiple proposers will be selected to perform all or a portion of the services in the following trades: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Locksmith & Door Repairs, and Landscaping & Site-work. Proposers do not need to specialize in all of the services to submit a proposal. Services may be required infrequently or intermittently, and on an as-needed basis, with selected proposers expected to perform the services on a 'when and where' basis in accordance with a three-year terminable-at-will license agreement.
