Documents are by bidder request only, and available online. ** Written offers are sought for the purpose of providing a Public-Private-Partnership for constructing, operating, transferring, and developing a sanitary sewer lift station, force main, and associated infrastructure improvements in the City. Various factors will be considered in evaluating offers, including the offeror’s experience with similar projects; ability and capacity to perform the work, as indicated by references; approach to develop the project; plan to self-perform and/or sub-contract the work; proposed fees during the scoping period; proposed financing solution; and other factors deemed appropriate. The City reserves the right to modify or cancel the project at any time before a formal agreement is entered, and may reject any and all qualifications at its sole discretion. The City may conduct discussions with any developer to clarify and ensure understanding and responsiveness to the requirements.
