Site work and new construction of an office development in Princeton, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development.
Sealed bids will be received for the New Administration Building Project for North Gibson School Corporation. The work shall be bid as one unified Prime Contract. Complete and detailed Drawings and Specifications, including Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, and General Requirements, are available for examination at specified locations. Bids should be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed with the bidder's name, place of business, and project name. Bids must be made on the provided form and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder, upon acceptance of its bid, must procure and pay for a Contractor's Bond for Construction in an amount equal to its contract price, complying with all relevant Indiana state laws. The School Corporation reserves the right to accept any bid within sixty days after opening, reject any or all bids, and waive formalities or irregularities in the bidding. Contractors are required to complete their work within a specified period as provided in the specifications.
