PCHS Tiger Fieldhouse Addition Project Sealed bids will be received by North Gibson School Corporation for the PCHS Tiger Fieldhouse Addition Project. The work will be bid as one unified Prime Contract. Complete and detailed Drawings and Specifications for this work, including but not limited to the Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, and General Requirements, are available for examination at specified locations. Plans and Specifications can be obtained from Repro Graphix upon a deposit, which will be refunded under specified conditions regarding the return of documents. The successful bidder will be required to procure a Contractor's Bond for Construction in an amount equal to the contract price, compliant with all State of Indiana laws applicable to public contracts. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, business address, and project name, as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids submitted by mail must be properly addressed. Bids must be made on the designated form and accompanied by an acceptable certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. If a bidder withdraws or fails to execute a contract or provide a satisfactory performance bond within ten days of award, the School Corporation may claim the bid security as liquidated damages. The School Corporation reserves the right to accept any bid within sixty days, reject any or all bids, waive formalities, and accept bids for one or more projects as applicable.
