Question deadline is 05/22/2026. Sealed bids are invited for the Tiger Way Sidewalk and Lighting Expansion Project under one unified Prime Contract. Complete drawings, specifications, instructions to bidders, general conditions, and requirements can be examined at specified locations. Plans and specifications can be obtained with a deposit, refundable if returned in good condition within ten days after bid receipt. The successful bidder must procure and pay for a Contractor's Bond for Construction equal to the contract price, compliant with Indiana public contract laws. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, place of business, and project name. Bids must use the designated form and include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least 5% of the total bid. Late bids will be returned unopened. No bids by fax or email will be accepted. The School Corporation reserves the right to accept any bid within sixty days, reject any or all bids, waive formalities or irregularities, and accept a bid for one project but not another when multiple projects are bid.
