Gibson County, Indiana, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to serve as Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) for the demolition of the former Gibson County Jail. The work includes associated environmental assessment, hazardous material abatement, and remediation services. The project involves complex demolition due to the presence of environmental and hazardous materials, unknown site conditions, and the need for careful sequencing and regulatory compliance. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, technical approach, past performance, proposed fees, and other criteria. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest and best proposal, not solely on price. Proposals must be submitted to the Gibson County Auditor's Office. Late proposals will not be considered. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive informalities.
