**As of April 23,2026, project was awarded to Wiregrass Construction Company, Inc, awarded amount is $2,996,947.10.** Sealed bids are invited for Project No. SCP 59-986-26 (EAST) which includes repair, resurfacing, and traffic striping for various county roads in East Shelby County. The scope of work involves Bituminous Treatment Type “G” (with polymer additive), tack coat, bituminous concrete wearing surface layer, bituminous concrete upper binder layer, patching, leveling, and application of various traffic stripe markings, legends, and pavement markers. Bidders must comply with the Rebuild Alabama Act, No. 2019-2, and Alabama Code Title 39. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Requests for information are accepted from bidders until the designated deadline. .
