**As of April 30, 2026, the awarded contractor is Crackers Demo LLC, with an awarded amount of $459,030.24.** Sealed bids are requested for Project 2024-19, Replacement of Boone County Bridge No. 285, carrying County Road 200 South over a branch of Fishback Creek, approximately 0.40 miles west of CR 1000 West, Boone County, Indiana. The work to be performed includes all general construction, labor, materials, tools, equipment, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, and service costs incidental to and required for this project. Bidders must submit a proposal for all components necessary for the project. Instructions to bidders include: - Proposals may be sent by registered mail or delivered in person to the Boone County Highway Department prior to the specified deadline. Late bids will not be considered. - Each proposal must be in a sealed envelope, labeled with the project title, bid opening date, and bidder's name and address. - Bidders must obtain complete sets of drawings and contract documents from the designated provider, assuming the risk of any errors or omissions from incomplete sets. - Bid documents to be submitted shall consist of all items listed in section 5.3 of the Instruction to Bidders.
