Scope of work includes facade restoration, roof replacement, and HVAC upgrades for the Queens County Criminal Courthouse located at 125-01 Queens Boulevard, Queens, NY 11415. Qualified subcontractors are invited to submit proposals for roofing and facade restoration. Project labor agreement (PLA) wages apply.
