Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Maple Glen, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Separate sealed bids will be accepted for parking lot paving at Upper Dublin High School and Maple Glen Elementary School. The District reserves the right to reject incomplete or irregular bids, waive non-material defects, accept a bid deemed in its best interests, or reject all bids. Projects estimated to cost over $25,000 are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and compliance with applicable prevailing wage rates issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry will be required. Base Bid Work includes Milling, Leveling of specified areas and Paving at the following schools. a. Maple Glen Elementary School, 1581 Fort Washington Ave, Maple Glen PA 19002 b. Upper Dublin High School, 800 Loch Alsh Ave, Fort Washington PA, 19034 B. Base Bid Work includes relocation of curb and sidewalk at Upper Dublin High School as indicated on Drawing 3 C. All work will commence after June 15, 2026 and must be completed no later than August 14, 2026. D. Areas if work are indicated Drawings 1 through 3 E. Areas of Milling and Paving require 1.5" milling depth and 1.5" of paving overlay. F. Apply a Tack Coat of Asphalt Bonding Agent prior to the pavement overlay. G. Base Repairs are to be quoted as a Unit Price Per Square Yard a. Repair Depth for bid will be 5" b. Asphalt type will be 25mm mix c. Lifts should be no greater than 3" H. Leveling Course to be quoted as a Unit Price Per Ton I. Painting of parking spaces, crosswalks and lane lines is not included in the scope of this project.
