Site work and paving for a road / highway in Harborcreek, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are invited for the 2026 Asphalt Seal Coat Project, which involves the application of a single asphalt seal coat, polymer modified, on various roads across multiple townships and boroughs in Erie County. The seal coat must be applied in a single pass (full width) without a longitudinal joint or seam. Pricing is also requested for the application of asphalt surface treatment, asphalt seal coat over asphalt millings, modified single seal coat, slurry seal, and modified fog seal in certain municipalities. Materials must be PennDOT approved. Proposals must be submitted on Township-provided forms, accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, payable to Harborcreek Township. The Township retains the right to reject any or all bids.
