Separate sealed bids will be received for Test Well Site A. Bids must be complete as required by the specifications; incomplete submissions may be deemed non-responsive. All bidders must furnish a Surety Company's Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming the Hamburg Municipal Authority as payee or Obligee in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. The Surety Company must be acceptable to the Authority. The successful bidder will be required to execute the Agreement and furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, all in the respective forms provided in the Contract Documents, and evidence of insurance coverage as required by the Contract Documents. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the specified date for receiving, opening, and reading of Bids, except as specifically provided by law. The wages paid on this project may be subject to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Minimum Wage determination. Bidders should refer to provisions of federal and state statutes, rules, and regulations dealing with prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public, natural resources that affect the project. The Hamburg Municipal Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all Bids, and this invitation to Bidders is made for the benefit of the Hamburg Municipal Authority. No rights accrue to any person making a Bid by reason of the submission of any bid or by waiver or non-enforcement of any provision of this invitation.
