City of Osakis is requesting bids for the construction of Park Osagi - Phase 1 Improvements. The project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the following approximate quantities: 500 CY Excavation - Common, 800 SY Bituminous Paving, installation of one prefab restroom building, 6,600 SF 4" concrete walk, 1,600 SF 6" concrete walk, 150 LF 6" PVC sanitary sewer, 500 LF 6-12" RCP storm sewer, and 275 LF 2"-4" HDPE watermain. Bids will only be accepted via the electronic bidding service through QuestCDN. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission shall comply with this statute. Information and bidding documents are available at www.questcdn.com. Only documents from this site are considered official. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
