As of April 3, 2026 this project has been cancelled, no definite date for the rebis. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor and materials for construction complete in-place of approximately 500 cubic yards of common excavation, 800 square yards of bituminous paving, installation of one prefab restroom building, 6,600 square feet of 4-inch concrete walk, 1,600 square feet of 6-inch concrete walk, 150 linear feet of 6-inch PVC sanitary sewer, 500 linear feet of 6 to 12-inch RCP storm sewer, and 275 linear feet of 2 to 4-inch HDPE watermain. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response submission must comply with the provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
