Online Bids will be received for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of Adams Street Watermain Extension, Improvement Project No. 2026-W01. Estimated major quantities for the work include select granular borrow, aggregate base, nonwearing and wearing course mix, ductile iron fittings, 6" & 8" water main-duct iron, concrete walk, sediment control log, and preform tape. Bidding Documents must be downloaded to be listed as a Plan Holder and to submit a bid. Bids will only be received electronically. Submit bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid. Each Contractor must submit a signed statement under oath verifying compliance with minimum criteria in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. Shakopee Public Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interests of Shakopee Public Utilities. Instructions to bidders include requirements to download official documents to be considered, electronic submission through QuestCDN with an additional service fee, being listed as a plan holder for bid acceptance, and following all instructions in the Bidding Documents.
