Bids are being accepted for the sale and removal of buildings from specified properties. The scope includes the removal of the following: Package A: A two-story, 3-bedroom, 1-bath, single-family house built circa 1950 (approximately 925 square feet of finished area). The house also includes a 2,160 square foot detached Quonset at 17981 Marschall Rd, Jordan, Minnesota. Bidders may remove just the house, the Quonset, or both. Package B: A four-story, 4-bedroom, 2.75-bath, split-level, single-family house built circa 1993 (approximately 2,481 square feet of finished area) at 3253 Marschall Rd, Shakopee, Minnesota. Package C: Two farm site outbuildings built prior to 1950 with approximately 2,340 square feet of storage area (a 720 square foot shed and a 1,620 square foot barn with an additional lofted area) at 17525 263rd St West, Belle Plaine, Minnesota. Bidders may remove either of the outbuildings or both. Each contract is awarded to the highest responsible bidder. Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope, and accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or money order in the amount of $500.00 made payable to the Scott County Treasurer. The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
