Construction of CSAH 21 Intersection Improvements, including but not limited to: removing curb and gutter, concrete pavement, and bituminous pavement; excavation; milling bituminous surface; installation of integrant curb design B4; new concrete pavement (8.0"); type SP 12.5 wearing course mixture (3,C); casting assemblies; 15" pipe sewer; 4" and 6" concrete walks; concrete curb and gutter design B618; concrete median; truncated domes; traffic control; seeding; 4" and 8" solid line paint. Only registered plan holders are allowed to bid. Bidders must submit electronic bids using BidVault and are responsible for downloading all current and future project documents and addendums. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond for at least 5% of the bid amount. The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein. The Contractor must not begin construction operations before Monday, June 8, 2026.
