The County seeks to establish a Job Order Contract (JOC) for painting and pressure washing services, allowing flexible, on-call services for multiple small and mid-sized projects across various County facilities. The contract will cover both interior and exterior surfaces and may include preparation, surface cleaning, minor repair, and the application of protective or decorative coatings. Work under this contract ranges from office repainting to large-scale pressure washing of building exteriors, roofs, and concrete surfaces.
