Work includes replacing an existing computer room air conditioning unit (CRAC), associated condensing unit, and associated piping and electrical modifications. b. The CRAC unit has been prepurchased by the University. Contractor shall receive, store, transport, rig, and install unit. c. Any work required in occupied spaces shall be scheduled in advance with the University. No less than 2-weeks notice shall be provided to the University's project manager for work in occupied areas.
