Goals for Female participation 6.9% Goals for male participation 2.3% Question Deadline 03/19/2026 All bidders must be on MoDOT's Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. The proposed work includes the supply of construction materials for a 110' long, 20'-5" span, 13' rise structural plate pipe arch in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work also includes supplying and installing asphalt and guardrail. Materials to be supplied for the project include the pipe arch, type 1 aggregate base, BP-1 and Base asphalt, tack coat, guardrail and crash worthy end terminals. The project is located in Taney County, MO, over the tributary to Tumbling Creek. All bidders must purchase plans through Great River Engineering, Inc. and be on the planholder list in order to bid the project. All bidders must be on MoDOT's Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects shall provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. A certified cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project. The Taney County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Adherence to prevailing wage requirements and non-discrimination provisions applies.
