In this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Metropolitan Council (Council) is in need of a consultant to provide Environmental, Engineering and Project Management Services for the Metro Transit Bronze Line BRT project. This effort will include completion the required environmental documentation for the corridor alignment, development of construction-ready plans and specifications for the defined design elements, and position the Bronze Line Project for implementation. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
