The project contemplated consists of rehabilitation of three existing grit dewatering units; removal and replacement of one grit dewatering unit; providing new access platforms for the grit dewatering units; removal and replacement of seven grit separator units; rehabilitation of three conveyor belts; removal and replacement of two existing dumpster winches; rehabilitation of container room floor including installation of new steel plates; removal and replacement of the container room drive way approach including steel plates and trench drains; removal and replacement of mechanical piping and valves; removal and replacement of electrical wiring and conduits; removal and replacement of pipe and conduit supports; and removal and replacement of control wiring, conduits; instruments; and control stations.
