Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work includes General Requirements, Existing Conditions, Demolition, Electrical, and Exterior Improvements. All bids must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the A/E Graphics Online Plan Room. Bids and bonds must use blank forms provided within the Bid Documents, with amounts stated in writing and figures, and uploaded to the designated online location. Each bid must include a copy of a Certified or Bank Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, with the bidder prepared to submit a hard copy within 48 hours if requested. Bids must be guaranteed for ten days after opening and may not be withdrawn during that period. Required forms with each bid include the "Disclosure of Ownership" (if applicable) and the "Affidavit of Noncollusion." There is a recommended goal of 20% participation from Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB), and the successful bidder must list participating HUB firms as a post-bid submittal. Apprenticeship participation is mandatory from four trades: General Laborer, Electrician, Operating Engineers, and Concrete Finishers, with the successful bidder required to provide a list of apprentice categories as part of post-bid documentation. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, or accept any bid deemed to be in its best interest. ALL WORK SHOWN MINUS WORK BY OTHERS. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WORK BY OTHERS. SEE CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE NOTES ON DRAWING C8 (NEW CONDITIONS - SITE PLAN). All questions related to the Bid or Project must be received at MATCFPC@matc.edu no later than Thursday, April 02, 2026 at 12:00 noon. A. Base Bid: all work shown, minus work by others, performed by general/prime contractor. B. MATC will direct purchase the training course equipment, rubber surfacing, and installation of both. Contractor is responsible for providing and installing all other work. Contractor is responsible for coordination with MATC direct purchase contractors for material delivery and installation. B. Includes Division 1 - General Requirements of Administrative and Procedural Sections as they apply to this Contract. C. Provide all Work identified in Divisions 01, 26, 27, 28 , 31, 32, & 33. D. See section 01 20 00 for description of alternates.
