East Belleview storm extension and water services will be reconstructed from Hamilton Street to the west Right of Way Limits of East Belleview Street at the eastern property line of #420 East Sarnia Street. Storm sewer will be extended, and all galvanized water services will be replaced from the watermain all the way to the house. The work includes traffic control, grade and surface, waterlines, storm drain and paving, street road materials, pavement removal, and paving (asphalt or concrete). Bids must be made on the proposal forms furnished. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2026 A certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond shall accompany each bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Winona, Minnesota which shall be forfeited to the City in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract with the City. The contractor shall furnish the owner, within ten (10) days after the contract is awarded, a bond executed by a surety company approved by the owner in the full amount of the contract and conditioned as provided by the General Statutes of this State. The bond shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business within the State of Minnesota and having a minimum A.M. best rating of B+. The term of the bond will be two (2) years from the date of final acceptance. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
