Description: State Project Number SR181 Winona Groundwater Contamination On-Site Remediation System Setup A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Excavation, Plumbing, and Electrical Construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Excavation to install below ground piping. 2. Licensed well contractor to modify remediation wells. 3. Electrical upgrade and connection between main power and remediation containers. 4. Installation of a water line and hydrant. 5. Off-loading remediation system containers. Additional Description: This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, or as a subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since January of 2023 for construction of utility/trenching/piping work, installing a water line/hydrant, installing fencing, and/or similar type work.
