The RFP invites Respondents to submit Proposals to provide planning, design, and conformance ("PDC") consulting services (the "Services") for the Ontario Place Parking Solution project for Implementation and Post Implementation Phase. The Ontario Place Parking Solution ("OPPS") is critical to serve all Ontario Place users: tenants' patrons, Ontario Science Centre visitors, marina users, and the public. The OPPS consists of an above-ground multi-story parking garage, two vehicle access points off Lake Shore Blvd W, a passenger pick-up/drop-off zone, bus lay-bys, and an emergency vehicle route. The project is located at the northeast corner of the Ontario Place site and will provide up to 3500 parking spots.
