This Request for Tender is an invitation by Toronto Public Library to pre-qualified general contractors to submit bids for the provision of Maria A. Shchuka Library Digital Innovation Hub (DIH) Renovation, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables. Bids will only be accepted from pre-qualified general contractors from the 110-25-TPL-RFSQ General Contractor VOR L1 list. Construction shall be two (2) phases. Phase 1 consists of renovation of the second floor Digital Innovation Hub (DIH). Once the DIH is completed, phase 2 can begin on ground floor Quiet Study room. The construction period for both phases is estimated at 5 months (April - August 2026).
