Metrolinx is accepting submissions for Construction Services for Old Cummer Bridge Rehabilitation. Each submission must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $50,000 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to Metrolinx. Electronic bid submissions are to be made through MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders are solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Only bidders who have satisfactorily completed or are satisfactorily performing, in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a contract for work similar in scope, magnitude, and complexity as the work of this contract will be considered for award. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion. Bid Security - Bid Bond 50000 $ Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Deadline 21-Apr-2026 12:00:00 PM EDT commence the Work by the 01 day of June in the year 2026 , attain Substantial Performance of the Work by the 29 day of January in the year 2027, attain Ready-for-Takeover by the 26 day of February in the year 2027 and attain Total Performance of the Work by the 31 day of March in the year 2027
