The City of Northampton invites sealed bids for the proposed Emergency Generator Replacement at the E. J. Gare parking garage located at 85 Hampton Ave. in Northampton, MA. The project is estimated at $90,000. Work is projected to start in the Spring and be completed in the Summer. Bid documents are available until the General Bid date at the Central Services Department, 240 Main St. Suite #3, Northampton, MA. Documents are available via email request. The Director of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Direct Requests for Clarification to: "Architect" as specified in the Invitation to Bid. Time Limit: No request for clarification will be received after 4:00 pm on Friday, March 13, 2026. Installing a new generator at the E. J. Gare Parking Garage. Removing the old generator A performance bond from the successful bidder is not required.
