The Work includes the full modernization of one (1) elevator located at 114 Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA 02143 including demolition, replacement of elevator equipment and controls, and associated mechanical and electrical work. for the following category of work: Division 14 - Elevators Division 23 - Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Division 26 - Electrical A bid deposit equal to 5% of the total bid amount is required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% Payment and Performance Bonds.
