TAX MAP KEY: 4-5-017:001 SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of selective demolition and civil preparation for a new elevator and control room attached to Building D, new lighting/fire alarm devices/new electrical work to be tied to existing power, painting on new elevator to match existing, and affected areas of existing building to be touched up and painted to match existing. Install a new elevator in Building D at Benjamin Parker Elementary School. The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.725% (capped at $5,000) to Sicommnet on the total amount of goods or services purchased through the Hawaii Electronic Procurement System. Submission of an electronic response constitutes an offer to sell the specified goods and/or services at the price shown and under the state's terms and conditions. The response must be authorized and made fairly, without collusion or fraud.
