The scope of work consists of adding a second left-turn lane from Kamehameha Highway to Likelike Highway, installing a new traffic signal system and additional highway lighting, and modifying U-turns. The work includes excavation, cold-planing, grading, trenching, drainage structure modifications, utility relocations, curb and curb ramp reconstruction, paving, striping, signing, traffic control, hydro mulching, and installation and monitoring of temporary best management practices.
