Replace tri-zone ductless split system with dual zone system at Hawaii State Hospital (HSH) KANEOHE, HI Replace tri-zone ductless split system with dual zone system should equal or equivalent to carrier system install. Location for replacement of AC will be Hawaii State Hospital trailer at Kaneohe. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Dorsey, roderick. ) Carrier Dual Zone 36k Btu ACCU, (2) Carrier 12k Btu FCU Background: Boards found faulty, due to condition of units, recommend replacement. Proposal should include labor and materials to perform the following work: 1. Shut down system and make safe for work. Recover refrigerant as necessary. 2. Disassemble unit(s), remove, and dispose of per EPA regulations. 3. Install (2) new indoor and (1) outdoor unit and securely mount. 4. Run new piping and reconnect to existing electrical. 5. Verify no leaks on system, startup and check all operations
