Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Adams, Troy. 1. Scope of Work: All materials, equipment, and labor to demolish, remove existing manhole, and repair any piping that has been damaged. Replacement of new man hole cover. A. Demo and haul away existing manhole that is broken. B. Install 48-inch concentric manhole supply/pickup/deliver similar to attached specification sheet. C. Chip new hole at base of manhole for existing 6-inch sewer pipe. D. Concrete patch around existing 6-inch sewer pipe. The Contractor shall provide the product required under the contract from October 20, 2025, through December 31, 2025, unless the contract is sooner terminated.
