The Department of Health (DOH), Hawaii State Hospital (HSH), is interested in seeking a contract complete the annual Window Washing and Roof Cleaning of the Hale Hoola Building and Building(s) A and B on the grounds of Hawaii State Hospital. 1. Scope of Services: Provide labor, equipment and materials to conduct the Cleaning of all windows and roof of the Hale Hoola Building on the grounds of Hawaii State Hospital. Window Cleaning: A. All exterior windows of Hale Hoola building, including rooftop skylight atrium. B. All exterior windows of Building A C. All exterior windows of Building B D. Flat Roof of Hale Ho'ola, soft power wash Questions and Answers will only be accepted and provided via the HIePRO System on the scheduled due dates. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Adams, Troy. The Contractor shall provide the services required under the contract from November 3, 2025, through October 30, 2026, unless the contract is sooner terminated.
