Renovation of an educational facility in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

A. The work to be done shall include performing all operations and furnishing all equipment, fixtures, appliances, tools, materials, and labor necessary to execute, complete, and deliver all of the work and related items required for the project as called for on the drawings and as hereinafter specified. B. The project site is 5992 Hale Ao at the Windward Community College, 45-720 Keaahala Road, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744. C. The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, drywood termite treatment, selective demolition, site grading, asphalt repair, wood framing, concrete masonry, finish carpentry, glazing, painting, flooring, roofing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and all incidental work as called for in the Plans and Technical Specifications. D. Contractor shall visit the job site and make certain that he understands the extent of the work and existing job conditions before he submits a formal bid. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, drywood termite treatment, selective demolition, site grading, asphalt repair, wood framing, concrete masonry, finish carpentry, glazing, painting, flooring, roofing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and all miscellaneous related work. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is on October 24, 2025. All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS section, and all responses shall be issued in an addendum.
