The scope of work consists of open trenching and hydrovacing for the placement of underground conduit, cast in place concrete for switch gear and pull box pads, and providing the owner with a ground penetrating radar survey of the intersection and surrounding areas. Bid preparation must follow the Instructions to Bidders in the Contract Documents. Work must be substantially complete within 60 working days and commence on or before a date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed. A bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to the City of Senatobia, must accompany each proposal. Any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying the proposal conditions will be considered irregular and may not be considered. The City of Senatobia reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids if not in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 03/23/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
