Question deadline: 06/02/2026 by 05:00 PM Tate County Hospital dba: Highland Hills Medical Center is accepting bids for the Emergency Engine Generator Replacement at Highland Hills Medical Center in Senatobia, MS. Bids must be submitted in duplicate using the provided proposal form and be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Security equal to at least 5% of the Base Proposal. The security will be forfeited as liquidated damages by any bidder who fails to fulfill the terms of the accepted bid or execute the contract and post Performance and Payment Bonds as required. Bidders must hold a Certificate of Responsibility and be licensed by the Mississippi State Tax Commission. All bids over $50,000 must display the Contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility Number on the envelope; otherwise, a statement indicating the bid does not exceed $50,000 must be present. The Bid Name, the Certificate of Responsibility Number or Statement, and the bidder's name and address must be clearly indicated on the outside of the sealed envelope. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Awards will be based on the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders, Specifications, and Drawings.
