Sealed proposals are invited for Facilities Fine Arts Auditorium Acoustic Upgrades, supported by funding from the Mississippi Arts Commission. Bid preparation must follow the Instructions to Bidders included in the Specification Documents. Bid documents can be obtained from the Office of Purchasing or electronically. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and/or best bid from a responsive, responsible, and qualified bidder. Northwest Mississippi Community College reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids if not in the best interest of the college.
