Reference Number 0000415379 Purchase Type Term: 04/01/2026 02:00 AM EDT - 05/09/2026 01:59 AM EDT The City of Lafayette is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and services necessary to remove and replace designated sections of the existing fencing at the Great Outdoors Water Park. The primary objectives of this project are to improve customer flow, enhance maintenance access, and ensure the continued safe and secure operation of the water park facility. The work includes the removal of existing fence components, installation of new fencing and gates, concrete core repair, and the provision of temporary fencing throughout the duration of the project. All work shall be performed in a manner that maintains safety for City staff and the public, minimizes disruption to adjacent park operations, and results in a finished installation that is consistent in height, appearance, and structural integrity with the existing fence system. The existing fencing panels and gates are 8-foot-tall Montage Plus Classic model ornamental steel fencing. All new materials shall match or be compatible with this existing system unless otherwise directed by the City.
