The major work consists of reconstructing Meandering Road from 4 to 3 lanes, realigning the intersection at Roberts Cut Off, constructing intersection improvements at Yale St and LTJG Barnett, and adding sidewalks and sidepaths within the project limits, including bike lanes on LTJG Barnett. Certain improvements must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening.
