Tarrant County is seeking bids to establish an annual contract for the purchase, delivery, and spreading of dry bulk hydraulic cement to any location at any time within Tarrant County. The contract will begin October 1, 2026, with two optional renewals. Vendors will be awarded a twelve-month contract, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed, as determined by the Tarrant County Purchasing Department. At Tarrant County’s option and with vendor approval, the contract may be renewed for two additional twelve-month periods. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract. If Tarrant County exercises the renewal option in writing, the vendor must update and submit all required documents from the initial solicitation no later than thirty calendar days prior to the renewal period. Required documents must remain in force for the full option period. If updated documents are not submitted in complete form within the specified time, Tarrant County may rescind its option or seek a new solicitation.
